It started 22 years ago when rickshaws first roamed the streets of Copenhagen

The year was 2001 when two private companies simultaniously started a rickshaw service, driving people from A to B in Copenhagen. Soon it developed into fun group rides and driving wedding couples from the church to photo locations like parks and castle yards. We started our own rickshaw service in 2013 with the domain names Cykeltaxa.dk and CopenhagenRickshaw.com
Clip to year 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic hit Denmark, it became very popular renting a small rickshaw and driving family members around yourself. This made us rent out rickshaws and cargo bikes for transporting kids too. Today we have 8 different Family Bikes for rent.
